How To Cut Up Pineapples

I believe that Pineapple is one of God’s greatest sweets. I just love the taste of it’s delicious juice. This week I was shopping at the grocery store only to find that pineapple was on sale for $0.99.  I love pineapple so naturally I couldn’t pass it up!  If you know my family you know that I can’t just buy one pineapple so I bought them all lol!

Here is a short video showing you just how I cut up all of these pineapples! I hope you enjoy!

There are a couple of things that I have made using these pineapples.039
First I cut the top off the pineapple.040
Next I use our handy dandy pineapple cutter  041042
Then you pull the pineapple out!
046
060
I then put a Stainless Steal cooling racks on a jelly role pan. The greatest invention, the pineapple cutter!
Cut one side of the pineapple!063
Place the pineapple on the cooling rack. 065
Pre-heat your oven to the lowest temperature it goes to, mine goes all the way down to 170. Also I put a wooden spoon in the door to keep the over propped open while dehydrating. 074 It will take several hours to dehydrate the the pineapple and some might finish before the others, just keep checking them.075 I also cut up some of the other pineapples into smaller pieces so I could freeze.066
I put the pineapple in a freezer container and put it in the freezer.072

Now that you know what I like to do with my pineapples, I would love to know what you do with yours?

Do you have a favorite recipe you would like to share or a post that you have.  I would love to see what it is a give it a try myself.

Was this video helpful? Would you like to see more? You are the reason I love doing what I do so please let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

How To Create Loose Hollywood Curls

Many of my clients and my readers have been asking me how I curl my hair.  I thought it would be fun to share my own personal tips and technics on how I like to create my “Hollywood Curls”.

Big Loose Hollywood Curls

When it comes to styling your hair there are two things that you will need to complete almost any thermal style, heat and hairspray.

High heat is very important for any style using a thermal tool when used appropriately.

Hairspray finishes every single hairstyle. When you get your hair to look just the way you want it to look, spray it. Most people have a hard time getting there hair to look the way they want it too, you don’t want lose that look. So Spray it!

Here is my video on how to create loose Hollywood curls.

Now that you have seen how I curl my hair, now take a look at how I wore it Here.

I would love to see how you curl your hair.

Please let me know if this video was helpful and what other videos you would like to see.

Energy Like Never Before

I don't know about you but occasionally I need a little pick me up about half way through my day. I do not like to drink Monster, Red Bull or any of those energy drinks. I like to try to do everything on the more natural side, so instead I have just one of these energy chews a day. These small, little squares are not only tasty but provide a clean burst of healthy energy to help you get that extra edge when you need it most. Each chew contains a scientific blend of caffeine from natural green tea extract. This is a must try! And there are no artificial flavors, sweeteners or added preservatives you'll find in other energy products. I recommend these to everyone I know especially my physically active friends.

Healthy ingredients work fast to help:

  • Sustain energy
  • Improve performance
  • Stay alert
  • Sharpen focus
  • Improve mood

Plus they taste great. I love them and I know you will too. Get your own HERE!

Heart Shaped Muffin, Fun For Everyone!

It is amazing to me how you can do the same thing over and over again and never even think to try something new. Tweaking one small thing can change the entire look of your creation. Here I made a basic box of muffins and by adding a marble in between the muffin tin and the cake cup I changed the shape of the muffin from round to heart shaped.

This is an easy, yet fun way to change up your basic muffins.  Just remember to only fill the cake cup up about half of the way because if you don’t it will all poor over the sides.  Trust me, it is not fun LOL.

A Bit of Edge

In my personal opinion I think there are at least 10 essential items that one should have with in their wardrobe.  One of those 10 items should be a leather coat. A leather coat has a lot of class and can last forever if you take care of it the right way.

Here I am wearing a black leather coat with black skinnies, grey boots, a grey clutch, silver accessories and a black and grey scarf to tie the whole outfit together.

I also styled my hair to have these big loose curls that you see a lot of the movie stars wear. It is a lot easier to do than you would think. I will be posting about how it do this exact style so don’t forget to subscribe to my blog so it will be sent right to your email.

Do you have a leather jacket?
How do you take care of it?
