I don’t know about all of you, but I always feel like I am on the go. With a schedule like mine, I get to eat in between clients and at odd hours of the day. I usually live strictly by the book, my calendar that is. If i didn’t pencil it in, then I don’t have time for it.
These peanut butter protein balls are just the thing for me, they are quick, easy & delicious. It is easy for me to pop them in my mouth and just enough to fill my belly with all the extra protein.
All you need is:
1/4 cup of honey or (2T honey and 2T milk)
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Energizing Soy Protein
1/2 cup Oat Meal
1/4 cup Rice Crispys
Mix the peanut butter and honey together in a pot on medium heat until melted. Add remaining dry products into the pot and stir until blended. Remove from heat and use a cookie scoop to scoop onto a plate or tray.
Since I work from home I can easily have a snack without eating too much. I love knowing that I am eating something that is good for me.
